Start the game
with 9 lives
When you are at the main screen with the title, press 4 times up, 4 times down,
4 times left and 4 times right and fast press start.
Select level
On the title screen, press Up,Up,Down,Down,Left,Right,Left,Right,B,A,B,A and
then Start. Use arrows to select Level then press Start
