Pause the game during a fight and then press SELECT to go into config
mode
Select Akuma
When on the fighter selection screen, select GUILE and then very quickly
press the following buttons
UP, R1, DOWN, L2, RIGHT, L1, LEFT, R2
If you are fast enough, Akuma will appear in the selection window
